In the unlikely event that you are injured or ill and need an ambulance or go to the hospital, front desk staff will help you talk to hospital reception staff and emergency responders. We can also send any forgotten items by mail after you check out.

Free co-sleeping for children under 12

Children under 12 years old can stay for free when sharing a bed. Breakfast is complimentary for children aged 0–6, and children aged 7–12 can enjoy breakfast at a special rate. Please enjoy your family trip at Okinawa Hinode Hotel. (*Breakfast is available only if the accompanying guardian selects a breakfast-inclusive plan.) Free all-you-can-drink Orion beer and Freezing Highball available from 10 AM to 10 PM daily. You can use this service before check-in and until 6 PM after check-out. Ice cream

We offer free all-you-can-eat ice cream daily from 10 AM to 11:30 PM. You can use this service before check-in and until 6 PM after check-out. To strengthen the service for post check-in customers, the use of facilities after check-out will be shortened to 12:00. Thank you for the understanding.

Free softdrinks

Coffee, juice, tea and cold or hot water are available 24 hours a day at the restaurant on the 2nd floor. You can use this service before check-in and until 6 PM after check-out. To strengthen the service for post check-in customers, the use of facilities after check-out will be shortened to 12:00. Thank you for the understanding.

Nighttime ramen

Enjoy daily homemade ramen and 50 kinds of alcoholic beverages from 9 PM to 10 PM every day.

Laundry

Washing machines and dryers are available for free 24 hours a day in the laundry room on the second floor. Detergent is provided for free.

Swimming pool (closed during the winter season)

Available from 9 AM to 8 PM. There is also a slide for children, so the whole family can enjoy it. You can use the swimming pool before check-in and after check-out until 6 PM.

Outdoor hot spring

This deep-water natural hot spring is open from 9 AM to 10 PM. Rental swimsuits are available. You can use the outdoor hot spring before check-in and after check-out until 6 PM.

Skincare and hair products

We provide free skin and hair care products such as cleansing lotion, toner, milky lotion, deep conditioner and hair essence at the front desk.

You can use WIFI (wireless internet) in the whole building.

With your kids

At the Okinawa Hinode Hotel, children under the age of 12 can stay for free, as long as they sleep in the same bed with a family member. Also, if the parent or guardian staying with the child books a plan including breakfast, the child can also eat for free.※Starting from stays on January 2, 2025, breakfast will cost 1,000 yen per child aged 7 to 12.
