【Important Notice Regarding Facility Usage Restrictions】

Thank you for choosing to stay at Okinawa Hinode Hotel.

To provide better services to our guests, we will be conducting additional installation work on the hotel’s backup generator on the following date:

Construction Schedule: Monday, November 25, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

During this period, all hotel services, including air conditioning, elevators, lighting, multi-story parking, swimming pool, natural hot spring, and our all-you-can-drink service for soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, and ice cream, will be temporarily suspended.

Normally, we offer late check-out until 12:00 p.m. to members who have made reservations through our official website.

However, on the day, elevators will not be available after 11:00 a.m., so we ask for your cooperation in checking out by 11:00 a.m.

 

Please note that although you may still check out after 11:00, you will be required to use the stairs to move your luggage and ascend and descend all the way up and down the building.

Furthermore, the check-in time, which normally starts at 3:00 PM, will begin at 4:00 PM on November 25.

Although room access will not be available before 4:00 PM, we will be happy to store your luggage upon arrival.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused during the construction period and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
