Notice of Complete Power Outage Due to Emergency Power Supply Expansion Work on November 25

To Our Valued Guests

Thank you very much for choosing to stay with us.

Due to emergency power supply expansion work, the entire hotel will experience a power outage on the following date and time:

Scheduled Power Outage: Monday, November 25, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Please note that in the event of rain on November 25, the construction schedule may be adjusted.

 

[For Guests Checking Out on November 25]---------------------------

We kindly ask guests checking out on the day of the power outage to complete the checkout process by 11:00 AM.

Although our hotel group normally offers a late checkout benefit for members until 12:00 PM, we regret to inform you that on this day, all guests, including members, are required to vacate their rooms by 11:00 AM.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will offer an additional 1 membership point as a token of our apology.

Please note that elevators will not be operational after 11:00 AM, so guests will need to use the emergency stairs with their luggage.
If you require assistance due to physical conditions or other reasons, please inform the front desk in advance.

Additionally, the multi-story parking facility will also be unavailable during the power outage. Guests are requested to ensure their cars are removed by 11:00 AM.

 

[For Guests Staying During the Power Outage]---------------------------

During the power outage, elevators, room lighting, water supply, toilets, in-room telephones, and other electronic devices will be unavailable.

We understand this may cause significant inconvenience and kindly recommend considering going out during the outage hours for your comfort.

Housekeeping services will not be available during the power outage. However, towels, water bottles, and other amenities will be placed in front of your room doors.
Should you require housekeeping, please contact the front desk.
