We regret to inform you that receipts are not available for bookings made through

oversea websites such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and Trip.com.

Customers requiring receipts are advised to make reservations through our official hotel website

or opt for on-site payment, where we can issue an invoice (receipt).

For bookings made through domestic reservation sites such as Rakuten Travel and Jalan,

if prepayment is required, the respective booking site will issue the receipt, and therefore,

we are unable to provide receipts from the hotel. We appreciate your understanding.
