Cancellation policy

For cancellations within 3 days before the check-in date, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.


Other important information

  1. If you would like to check in early (before 15:00) to check the design or prepare a surprise party, please let us know in advance.
    However, depending on the occupancy that day, we might not be able to check you in early.
  2. If you are staying for more than 2 nights and wish to have the room decorated after check-in, please make sure to leave the room between 11:00 and 15:00 so we have enough time to prepare.
  3. The store of candle do not be near to bed or child.
  4. Please don’t take home any decoration items (this does not include cakes, flowers and sparkling wine)
  5. All designs will be prepared as pictured regardless of the occasion you entered.
    e.g. If you do not want the “Marry Me” LED to be prepared, please add a remark in the “Notes” section.
  6. Thank you for your reservation. An automatic confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered into the form once your reservation has been confirmed.
    However, if you do not receive any confirmation email, please contact us directly or try filling in the form again. We ask for your understanding.
