[New Service Announcement] About Our Pre-Check-In Feature

We are pleased to introduce our new Pre-Check-In feature to make your arrival process smoother and more convenient.
Normally, guests are required to complete a registration card and passport copy upon arrival.
With the Pre-Check-In feature, you may enter the required information in advance before coming to the hotel.
After completing the pre-registration, a QR code will be issued.
Simply scan the QR code at the self check-in machine to complete your check-in quickly and easily.
■ How Pre-Check-In Works
- A message will be sent to the email address or phone number registered at the time of booking.
- Please access the dedicated URL in the message and enter the required information.
- Save the QR code displayed after completion.
- Upon arrival, scan the QR code at the self check-in machine to complete your check-in.
■ About the Sender
Pre-Check-In notifications will be sent from:

You may feel concerned about receiving a message from an overseas number or a “noreply” email address.
However, these messages are automatically sent based on your official reservation information. Please rest assured that they are legitimate notifications from our hotel.
Please note that if no phone number or email address is registered at the time of booking, or if a system error occurs, the pre-check-in message may not be delivered.
■ Important Notes
The self check-in machine operates from 15:00 onward.
If you plan to arrive before 15:00 (including luggage drop-off), the self check-in machine will not be available.
In such cases, you will be asked to complete the registration card at the front desk as usual.
