For guests who made reservations on or before April 20, 2026:

Your reservation remains valid, and you may stay as booked.
However, reservations made before April 20, 2026 will not appear in the new reservation system.

■ Important Notes:

Guests who booked through the old system cannot confirm or cancel reservations via the new system.

【For Registered Members】

Member information registered before April 20, 2026 has been transferred to the new system.
However, this applies only to members with existing reservations.
If you registered as a member only in the old system without a reservation, please re-register in the new system.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
All customer data in the old system will be securely deleted.
