What time is check-in and check-out? Can check-out time be extended?
Check-in this is from 15:00 and check-out time is before 11:00. Please check and confirm your check-in and check-out time due to the time might be changed with different plans. We will keep your baggage for you until you actually check-in, if you go through check-in procedures before 3:00 pm. You will be charged 1,000 yen per hour if you wish to extend your check-out time. Check-out time can be extended until 2:00 pm. You will be charged for one night after 2:00 pm.
What is the cancel charge?
The full cancellation charges incur when there is no notification of cancellation or on the day. In other hands, 80% will be charged for 1 day before the reservation day.
Is there any curfew?
We open 24hours and no curfew. After 22pm, the main entrance will be locked and please use your room key to unlock it.
In case that I have left something behind in the room?
Please call 06-7777-9789(reception). We dispose of food and drinks for the hygiene.
Handling of lost items.
We will keep your lost items for certain period and will dispose it according to the Japan Lost Property Act.
We would like to leave our baggage before check in...
We can keep your baggage at reception. If you wish to send your baggage to our hotel, please use the following adress.

We can keep the commodity you purchased online. But please finish the settlement beforehand. It would be helpful if you could write your name in English under which you booked and the date you check in.Please send it on your arrival day or one day before arrival.Please refrain from storage for a long time.We are glad to receive baggage domestic delivery after check out,too.Please feel free to let us know.
We have a small child and wish to sleep alongside my child in the same bed...
For a child who is under 12 years old, it is free for share a bed and breakfast.
You can share a bed with a child for double room and triple room, up to 2 children for twin room.
Are credit cards accepted?
The following credit cards are accepted : VISA, JCB, American Express, Diner’s Club, and Debit Card, PiTaPa,Alipay.
Is there non-smoking room?
All our guest rooms are strictly non-smoking. Please proceed to the designated smoking space at first floor or smoking booth at 3th, 6th, 8th, 11th, 15th, 17th, 18th floor.
Is there any room which has bidet in the bathroom?
Yes, all the rooms have bidet in the bathroom.
What amenity goods are provided?
We provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cotton pads, toothbrush, hair brush, razor, pajamas, towel, slipper, dryer, electric kettles, green tea, 500ml mineral water. We also provide ladies's set (cleansing sheet, washing foam, lotion, milky lotion, hair band) for free.
Is there LAN accessibility in the room?
Yes, all the rooms have high speed internet access(100Mbps at best).It is free. Lap top PC are loaned out for free at reception or please bring your own notebook. Please refer to the direction for internet connecting in the room. PC itself is not in the room. Please do connection and setting by yourself.Please bring the pc with LAN terminal. We are not liable for the support of the PC setting and also virus and lost data in your PC. There are also PCs in the lobby (1F).Please feel free to use it.(free)
Can minor staying alone?
In the case of a minor (a person under age 20) staying alone or in a group of minors only, we would request to the parent/guardian to fill out this form and submit the sheet to the hotel. → PDF
