What time is check-in / -out? Can I check out later?

Check-in is possible from 15:00 and the check-out time is 11:00. Please note that depending on the plan you booked, these times may differ. We can store your luggage until check-in if you arrive earlier than 15:00. You can extend your check-out time until 14:00 for ¥1,000/h. If you check out any later than 14:00, an additional night will be charged.

How much is the cancellation fee?

In case of same day cancellation, we will charge 100 % of the accommodation fee and 80% if you cancel the day before.

Is there a hotel curfew?

The hotel is open 24 hours, so there is no curfew. However, the entrance is locked from 24:00 midnight to 6:00 am. You can open the door by holding your key card over the touch panel next to the door.

What if I left something in my room?

Please contact the front desk. TEL: 06-7777-9789 We will check for any forgotten items. However, food and beverages are disposed the same day for hygiene reasons. Please note that we may dispose of items in the waste baskets.

Handling of lost items

Lost and found items will be kept for a certain period of time and then processed in accordance with the Lost and Found Law.

I would like to leave my luggage before staying.

Luggage can be stored at the front desk. If you would like to send your luggage to the hotel, please contact the following address.

We will accept and keep mail and parcels for you, but please make sure they are prepaid. Please understand that we cannot accept any POD items. Please send any luggage so it arrives on the day of your stay or the day before. Please note that it cannot be stored for a long period of time. We can store and send your luggage to an airport/designated address. If you wish to mail your luggage, please ask our front desk staff after check-out.

Are there convenience stores near the hotel?

There is a Lawson convenience store in walking distance. Convenience stores provide various products such as as food, beverages, daily necessities, various services like ATMs, airline tickets (payment only), airport bus tickets, high-speed bus tickets, rental car reservations, ferry tickets, coupons, USJ admission tickets, postal services, digital camera prints, etc. We will guide you at the front desk.

Can I co-sleep with a small child?

Children under 12 years of age (elementary school students) can co-sleep in the same bed as a adult and eat breakfast for free.

I would like to pay by credit card.

The following credit cards are accepted

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

All guest rooms are non-smoking rooms.

What amenities are provided in the rooms?

hampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush, hairbrush, shaving kit, night gown, towels, slippers, hair dryer, electric kettle, air freshener, tea bags and mineral water are prepared in all rooms.
We also provide skin care products at the front desk (free).

Can minors stay at the hotel by themselves?

If the guest is a minor (under 18 years old) and wishes to stay by themselves or with other minors, we ask a parent or guardian to submit the document.

About luggage/mail delivery and pick-up

1. Please be sure to write down the guest name.
If the item is sent by someone other than the guest, please write down the guest’s name in the remarks column. For overseas customers, please write down the name of the person who made the reservation in English. If the guest cannot be verified, we will not be able to receive your luggage.

2.Please describe the date of stay.

3.Please refrain from sending valuables.

4.Luggage can be picked up from one week before the date of stay.

5.If you purchased online, please pay in advance.
We cannot accept luggage by cash on delivery.
